Mild steel pipe production technology:
Cold drawing pipe - Below 3/4 inch size made by cold drawing way
Hot rolled pipe - From 1 inch to 18 inch size made by hot rolling way
Hot expansion pipe - From 20 inch to 32 inch size made by hot expanding way
Packing and processing:
Pipe ends - 2 inch and above size pipes are beveled ends with 30 degree to 35 degree angle , below 2 inch pipes are plain ends,Both end with plastic caps of each pipe,some times do threading end and grooving end as client requirements.
Pipe body - prime black anti-rust painting on full outside body and 0.2m~1m inside body apart from pipe end.
Steel pipe package - 8 sets galvanized steel strip packing to regular hexagon bundles,2 lifting belt in the bundle's two ends,PVC covered if needed,each bundle weight less than 2 tons.
Pipe marking - Excellent marking on each pipe body as client requirements
