Indian automobile maker Tata Motors is planning to build a new car manufacturing factory in Indonesia in 2013.
According to the company, the proposed car factory that will produce low cost and environmentally friendly cars will serve the country and the ASEAN region.
However, the government of Indonesia could not reject the flowing investments into the country and is still studying the specifications of cars to be produced by Indian automobile maker.
Tata Motors said it will discuss the details of its investment plan with the government of Indonesia.
In addition, the Indian automaker will also conduct market test in In Indonesia before establishing the factory.
